BROS is a family-owned restaurant group serving hand-crafted burgers and sandwiches at our two Outer Banks locations, Avon and Nags Head, NC. We do the work the right way: fresh, never-frozen beef formed by hand every day, chicken brined for 24 hours, and pork and wings smoked in-house. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in every plate that goes out the window.

Part-time team members train and work the same stations as the full-time crew, with fewer shifts each week.
