Year-Round, Part-Time

A year-round role without full-time hours. It works well alongside school, another job, or a lighter schedule. Part-time team members train and work the same stations as the full-time crew, with fewer shifts each week.
BROS is a family-owned restaurant group serving hand-crafted burgers and sandwiches at our two Outer Banks locations, Avon and Nags Head, NC. This position is at our Nags Head store.
What the work looks like:
- Hand-formed fresh, never-frozen beef every day
- Chicken brined for 24 hours, pork and wings smoked in-house
- Your specialty matched to your strengths: grill, fry, prep, meat fabrication, host or expo
- Training on every station, not just the one you start on
